All processing is performed client-side, within your browser, using open-source JavaScript libraries. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. We do not retain, access, or transmit your files in any way.
The service is provided free of charge with no account or registration required.

- Use the service to process, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the site
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the site in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
- Reproduce, resell, or sublicense the service or any part of it without written permission
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or servers or networks connected to the site
- Misrepresent the output of the tools as being certified, notarised, or legally authenticated by FixMyPDF.tech
We reserve the right to block access to the service for users or IP addresses that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to process the files you use with this service

Because all processing is local to your device, we have no technical ability to monitor, review, or control the content of files you process. Responsibility for file content lies entirely with you.
4. No warranty
FixMyPDF.tech is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

- The results produced by any tool will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose
- The service will be compatible with every browser, device, or file type you use
